Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Zlani Store may not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at zlanistore@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier.

For packages that appear lost or significantly delayed, contact us at zlanistore@gmail.com and we will help investigate the issue.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
